In today’s fast paced lifestyle, the last thing you need to worry about is, “am I getting the best price.” At Zermatt, we guarantee it!

Feel confident in making your reservation today knowing you’ll be paying the lowest rate available. That’s our promise to you. If within 24 hours before checking in, another publicly advertised rate on the Internet is found for Zermatt for the same room type and date(s), we’ll honor it and give you an additional 10% discount plus upgrade your room (based on availability). So go ahead, …book today and “YODEL” your worries away.

Terms & Conditions:
• Claims must be submitted within a minimum of 24 hours before arrival.
• Claims must be submitted to: reservations@zermattresort.com
• Internet address or images with the compared rate must be provided for verification.
• Confirmation #’s of the current Zermatt reservation must be provided.
• Best Rate Guarantee is only valid through online internet reservations.
• Rates will be compared on the net rate, after taxes and fees.
• Rates will be compared at the time of verification.
• Multiple nights will be compared for each individual night.
• Best rate guarantee does not apply to:
     o Corporate or Group Rates
     o Online Auction Rates
     o Individual membership rates for; AAA, AARP, Government, Military, Employees, Friends & Family, Real Estate Owners, Pinnacle Club, and Vacation Club members.
     o Packaged Rates that include additional items other than room only.
     o Pre-paid rates in the form of a gift certificate, voucher or other form of pre-paid certificates.
     o Rate difference based on currency conversion or sites that rounds to the nearest dollar.
• Rate must be available to the general public, through a general public offering.
• This offer can be rescinded, modified or cancelled at any time without prior notice and is void where prohibited by law.

Zermatt’s No Risk Vacation Guarantee (“Cancellation Policy”)

Summer Cancellation Policy:

April 1, 2009 – December 25, 2009

• First night deposit due at time of reservation.
• $25.00 administration fee will apply if reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of arrival.
• Proof of cancellation (cancellation number provided by Zermatt reservations) required for refund of deposit.
• If a reservation is not cancelled, the entire amount of the reservation is forfeited.

Winter Cancellation Policy (the best you’ll find anywhere…):

December 26, 2009 – March 31, 2010

• First night deposit due at time of reservation and is non-refundable.
• Balance of the reservation is due 30 days prior to arrival.
• Reservations cancelled inside of 30 days;
     o First night deposit is forfeited.
     o $25.00 administration fee applied.
     o Remaining deposit refunded in the form of a Zermatt Gift Card to be used within 6 months from the time of issuance.
• Proof of cancellation (cancellation number provided by Zermatt reservations) required for refund.
• If a reservation is not cancelled, the entire amount of the reservation is forfeited.
